The Design Process: What to expect

From websites and social media to content creation and print promotions, our design process is designed to maximize your marketing goals. Our clients love working with us because our process doesn’t just deliver a great design—it also helps you get a clear picture of the project, know what to expect, and feel empowered about where you’re headed.

Here’s how it works:

1. Discovery Call

We schedule an introductory call or meeting with you to get your input on the project and its direction. We take notes on your objectives, goals, challenges, and questions relating to the project, administrative details (such as when we need approval to proceed), your budget and timeline parameters, and any other information you think will help us get started. We also use this time to learn more about your company so we can match the visual branding of this project with the rest of your brand identity. If you already have a style guide for your brand, we will ask for a copy at this time.

2. Research & Analysis

We collect data on similar projects that were successful for companies in your industry, then analyze how those successes can inform our own design process for this project. This includes looking at what key components were used in those designs as our 5 step design process allows us to come up with impactful solutions for businesses looking for optimum visibility. Each step is researched thoroughly to assure maximum brand growth and ROI.

STEP 1 - EMPATHIZE

We get to know your target audience and their perspectives to identify their needs.

STEP 2 - DEFINE

Define the problem that your target audience needs solved clearly.

STEP 3 - IDEATE

Brainstorm ideas to address unmet needs.

STEP 4 - PROTOTYPE

Identify which solutions can most accurately solve the problem.

STEP 5 - TEST

Test the product/service with your target audience to get feedback.
